THE BLESSING & FAVOR: One of our prayer team members has a business property where the property tax value sky rocketed and was proposed to be set at a new value that was considerably higher than it had been but also more than would have reasonable. After prayer, the decision was made to proceed with a certain company to challenge the proposed value. The final result was amazing! The final determined taxable value was reduced FAR lower than what the true current value actually is AND it was lower than it had been in many years. Not only that, but the prayer team member received a major discount on the bill from the company that did the protest that was not expected. At first the final results appeared to be a mistake because the value was set so much lower than actual value (maybe close to 60-70% off), but it was confirmed that was the final amount they decided on. Now that is FAVOR!
